5-Minute Desk Stretching If You’re Too Busy

1. Neck Stretch

How to Do It:

  • Sit up straight.

  • Gently tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear toward your shoulder.

  • Hold for 15-20 seconds. Switch sides.

2. Shoulder Roll

How to Do It:

  • Sit tall with your feet flat on the floor.

  • Roll your shoulders up, back, and down in a circular motion.

  • Repeat 10 times, then reverse direction.

3. Seated Spinal Twist

How to Do It:

  • Sit on the edge of your chair with your feet flat.

  • Place your right hand on the back of the chair.

4. Wrist and Finger Stretch

How to Do It:

5. Seated Hamstring Stretch

How to Do It:

  • Sit on the edge of your chair.

  • Extend one leg out straight with the heel on the floor.

  • Hold for 15-20 seconds. Switch legs.
