  • You can if you want. But it’s not mandatory. We provide our own mat to all of our customers. Each mat is cleaned and disinfected after each use (like all our equipment).

  • You can bring any personal equipment for the respective class you need. But it’s not mandatory! We provide you with everything necesary.

  • Yes! We do provide a place where you can store your items and change into whatever you feel most comfortable.

  • We provide everything necessary for a pleasant workout. From a clean bathroom to water to stay hydrated! Just come and enjoy the class :)

  • All our classes, due to their small size and personal approach, are non-refundable. That’s why we always ask you to ensure that you can come to them!

  • We have the Saldanha metro station near our studio (200m walking). You can taketh Red or Yellow line — both will get you to the Saldanha station.

  • We don’t provide parking spot for our customers. But there is a “Continente bomdia” right across the street of our studio. If you buy a bottle of water from them, you can get free parking :)
