What is included when I rent the studio space at MokoBoko?

Accepted Answer

When you rent our studio in Lisbon, you get full access to our premium facilities. This includes the use of our high-quality yoga mats, blocks, Pilates balls, magic circles, stretch bands, foam rollers, wrist weights and dumbell weights. You also have access to our professional sound system (connect via AirPlay or Bluetooth) and our adjustable RGB mood lighting to set the perfect atmosphere for your class. Towels are not included, but you can purchase them at a separate price if necessary.

Water, tea and coffee is also included. For any additional requests, please let us know

Big Room: Includes all props mentioned above.
Small Room: Includes wall-mounted ballet barres (ideal for Barre or private sessions)

Important: Towels are not included in the rent price! They can be rented separately on request

What is the capacity of your studio rooms?

Accepted Answer

We have two distinct spaces available for rent depending on your group size: • The Big Room: Comfortably accommodates up to 8 participants plus the instructor. Perfect for small group Yoga, Pilates, or Stretching workshops. • The Small Room: An intimate space for up to 5 participants. It is equipped with ballet barres, making it ideal for private coaching or Barre classes.

Where is MokoBoko Studio located and is there parking?

We are located at Av. Defensores de Chaves 15 (5th Floor), right in the heart of Lisbon near Saldanha. • Public Transport: We are just a 200m walk from the Saldanha metro station (Red and Yellow lines). • Parking: There is street parking nearby, as well as a paid parking garage at the Continente supermarket directly across the street (often free if you make a small purchase).

What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy for rentals?

Accepted Answer

To keep our schedule fair for everyone, we require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window are non-refundable. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details on booking policies.

Question 5

Do I need to bring my own equipment or cleaning supplies?

Accepted Answer

No, we provide everything needed for a seamless experience. The studio comes fully stocked with sanitized mats and props. We also provide cleaning sprays and towels (towels can be rented separately) so you can wipe down the equipment after use. We ask that all renters help us maintain the space by leaving it as tidy as they found it.

Are there changing facilities and showers available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have a comfortable changing area and a clean restroom available for you and your clients. We also offer free drinking water to keep everyone hydrated. Please note: We do not have shower facilities on-site.

Can I rent the space for photo shoots or content creation?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Our studio is famous for its aesthetic, featuring natural light, beige curtains, and customizable colored LED lighting (pink, blue, purple, etc.). It is a popular spot in Lisbon for fitness content creation. Please contact us directly to discuss specific requirements for filming bookings. The pricing for this type of requests is as usual.

Is the studio soundproof?

Accepted Answer

While our studio is located on a quiet 5th floor, it is an open and airy space. The Big Room and Small Room are adjacent. We recommend coordinating with us if you plan to host a sound-healing session or a meditation workshop that requires absolute silence, so we can ensure the best environment for you.
