Do you offer a free trial?

We don’t offer free trials, but we have a great Intro Offer for new members: 3 classes for €59. This allows you to try our Mat Pilates, Barre, HIIT, or Stretching classes.

Why are small group classes better value than a standard gym membership?

In a standard gym, you are one of 30 people. At MokoBoko, we cap classes at 4–6 participants. This means you get personal correction, hands-on adjustments, and a safety level comparable to Personal Training, but at a fraction of the cost. You aren't paying for 'access'; you are paying for coaching.

Are classes taught in English?

Yes, 100% of our classes are taught in English. Our community is a mix of locals and the international community in Lisbon (Saldanha), creating an inclusive environment where language is never a barrier to your workout.

For subscriptions, do you have long-term contracts or is it month-to-month?

Nope! We hate sticky gym contracts too! All MokoBoko subscriptions are strictly month-to-month. There are no joining fees and no cancellation fees. You can pause or cancel anytime with just one click in your account.

How long does my subscription last?

Our subscriptions are based on the date you join, not the calendar month. It is valid for 1 full month (e.g., if you join on January 15, it is valid until February 15).

If I join in the middle of January, does my subscription end on January 31st?

No. Your subscription does not end at the end of the month. You always get the full time you paid for. If you start on January 20th, your access continues until February 20th.

Can I share my class pack with a friend or partner?

Yes! Unlike most Lisbon studios, we allow pack sharing. It’s a great way to stay motivated and reduce the cost per class by splitting a larger pack with a friend.

What is your class cancellation policy?

We have a strict 24-hour policy. To respect our small group format, no cancellations, reschedules, or refunds are permitted if requested less than 24 hours before the class starts.

What do I need to bring to class?

Just your workout clothes! We provide everything else: high-quality mats, equipment, fresh towels, water, and even coffee or tea to enjoy at the studio.
