MokoSculpt Experience

A 60-minute, full-body sculpt session. Dumbbells, resistance bands and the Pilates ball keep the load light and the burn precise, with options to make every exercise easier or harder.

Everything you need to know about our Pilates sculpt classes in Lisbon

MokoSculpt is a Pilates-inspired sculpt class. Each 60-minute session combines slow, controlled Pilates movements with light weights and resistance to target your core, glutes, arms and legs. You work on alignment, stability and endurance, moving with intention through every rep.

MokoMat is classic mat Pilates, mostly bodyweight. MokoBarre is ballet-inspired, with small pulses at the barre. MokoSculpt keeps the Pilates principles and adds light dumbbells, bands and the ball to build strength and shape, at a slow, controlled tempo. It is not HIIT and it is not reformer Pilates.

Yes. Every exercise comes with an easier and a more challenging option, and classes are small, so the instructor adjusts the weight and the range of motion to you. Tell us about any injury before class and we will adapt the exercises.

We provide everything: mats, light dumbbells, resistance bands and Pilates balls. Bring comfortable clothes you can move in, grip socks if you like them, and water.

Small groups only, with a maximum of 6 people per class, so you get corrections and personal attention throughout the session.

Two sessions a week is the sweet spot for most people. Many members pair MokoSculpt with MokoMat or MokoFlex for a balanced week of strength, control and mobility.
