All our classes are around 60 minutes. This includes an avg. 10 min warmup and 10 min cooldown. We will provide you with a mat, towel, water and all necessary equipment. Just wear comfortable stuff :)

For best results, we recommend attending at least 2-3 times a week, but even once a week can make a difference.
