Polina's journey into fitness began with a remarkable 14-year career in rhythmic gymnastics.

When her gymnastics career ended, she didn't initially plan on becoming a coach.

Instead, she ventured into entrepreneurship and pursued studies in China.

Yet, it was during her time in China that Polina realised she couldn't live without the athlete's mindset.

This revelation led her back to fitness, where she now works as a coach at MokoBoko in Lisbon — specialising in stretching, functional training, and diet.
