Each session lasts around 45 minutes, making it easy to fit into your day while still delivering a powerful workout. Other 15 min we do warm-up/cooldown and stretch.

We recommend attending at least 2-3 times a week to see the best results. But even one session a week will bring you, your body & health big changes and improvements!
